Judging by the program of events the Sustainable Living Festival is going to be a fantastic event that will surely provide something for anyone with even the slightest interest in sustainability! Personally I have earmarked many of the sessions but Tassie Bush Foods would have to be number 1 on my list as well as seeing some of the producers and friends of Herbaceous Tours such as Yves from Miellerie (Bee Keeping in my Backyard) Greg from Bonorong (Becoming a Wildlife Rescue Volunteer) and of course Stu from Tasman Quarter Masters (Burgers with Tassie Game and Fungi).
It is on Saturday and Sunday 10 & 11 November at Princess Wharf and entry is by donation. Don’t miss this one! See for more information.
